Recommended Use:

Great.
This is a great supplement to add extra protein to your diet, if your bulking up, loosing weight, or keeping lean..
Can be taken with food to add extra protein or on it’s on.
It has to be used with a healthy diet, you can’t rely on it as a meal replacement.
It has 30 servings which will last for a month if taken once a day but can be taken twice a day. The mornings the best time to take it with some cereal or toast, that’s when your body needs food the most after being a sleep all that time with no nutrients.
I would also Suggest buying a Maximuscle Shaker 700ml it mixes it up nicely.

An excellent helper in your quest for the body/fitness level you are aiming for
Whether you want to add bulky or lean muscle, and/or lost body fat, the two main things you will need to do are exercise and eat right. Promax isn’t a solution in and of itself, but is very useful in getting extra protein into your diet (protein is vital for growing muscle, and repairing it when you are going up a fitness/strength level). There is an argument that as solid protein increases your metabolism by up to 30% after you eat it, if you are aiming to lose weight then you want to avoid protein powders that are easily absorbed. However, I’ve found that using protein powders in addition to solid protein (meat/eggs etc) is really effective, and helping me to achieve my goals more comfortably than without promax. It isn’t for everyone, but I think it is definitely worth trying if you are aiming to get fitter/build muscle/lose body fat.

Not a quick fix but does what it says it does
I bought this not because I am a body builder but because I have been diagnosed diabetic type 2 recently (May 2009). Umm…I am not fat, in fact I have been going to the GYM for the last god knows years. I am fit and the right wieght for my height and all that. I am diabetic because of very strong family history.
Back to the point, I used this product to top up my new diabetic diet regime. I have used this mainly in my breakfast (cooked with my oat poridge) every morning and with my lunch. I also used it a snack by adding 3 table spoons of low fat yogurt and a scoop of promax…absoluteley fantastic.
Now, I have changed my exercise regime from high intensity cardio to low intensity cardio but more free weights. That way I can control my BG from going high after work outs. I used promax natural for almost 6 weeks now…I am beginning to see the visible results (which wasn’t the main aim anyway). So I can say, I have topped up my protein requirements per day so that I can work out every day in the GYM (at least an hour) despite my diabetes.
Anyone out there with diabetes, if you think of using this, please consult your diatecian (not your GP), yes, first as every person is different and you don’t know how your BG reacts to this. I was fine as I consulted my diatecian and tested my BG with and without promax.
