In the first DVD Davina demonstrates her ‘Power Of Three’ regime, which consists of three exercise regimes, focussing on the legs, abdominals and upper body, designed to burn fat and improve the efficiency of the cardiovascular system. The exercises provide excellent core strength and conditioning as well as toning and a full body cardio workout.

Davina’s My Three 30 Minute Workouts

This DVD is ideal for those that have a busier lifestyle and require short intensive exercise routines to get fit a home. The selling point of the DVD is that you can do a better workout in an intensive 30 minutes than a more laid back hour. It is high intensity, high energy and highly effective. The DVD includes two sections, Cardio Box and Core Stability which provide intensive boxing style workouts and abdominal workouts.

this is by far the best workout DVD I have ever bought. in just 2 weeks i have toned up have more energy and feel loads better. the box set is good value for money and allows a change between workout types. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to change their shape particularly after having children. I have found it fun and encouraging.
